Self and Soul Love Retreat
There are events you attend, and then there are experiences that change something within you. This retreat was truly the latter. From the very beginning, it felt like we were entering a safe, sacred space where we could finally exhale, let our walls down and simply be. This was so much more than a retreat - it was a journey inward, into emotional healing, clarity, purpose, self love and the parts of ourselves that we sometimes keep hidden, even from ourselves.

There were moments of laughter, moments of deep reflection, and yes...a LOT of tears. Beautiful, raw, unexpected tears. Tears from releasing old pain, confronting past traumas, acknowledging parts of ourselves that needed compassion and finally giving ourselves permission to heal. There was somethin incredibly powerful about being surrounded by other women who were also willing to be vulnerable, authentic and real.

The activities were so thoughtfully planned and beautifully aligned with the purpose of the retreat. Every exercise seemd to come at exactly the right moment, creating opportunities for reflection, breakthrouhgs, connection, healing and even moments of pure joy. The time genuinely flew by - I found myself wishing there were more hours in each day because there was still so much I wanted to experience and absorb.
