These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Purposefully Passionate EQ LLC website and your participation in any services, programs, or offerings provided by Sreshtha Tewari (“Coach,” “Facilitator,” “I,” or “we”). By using this site, booking a session, or purchasing a product or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access this website or engage with our services.

Overview

This business is operated by Sreshtha Tewari, a certified emotional intelligence coach, hypnotherapist, and love mentor. Her mission is to support heart-centered women in releasing subconscious patterns, awakening self-worth, and attracting healthy, soul-aligned love.

Sreshtha offers a range of services including 1:1 sessions, Live retreats, memberships, zoom events, digital courses, hypnosis tracks, group coaching, and a signature love manifestation program: Magnetize Soul Love and more.

Her business is based in Trinidad & Tobago and is governed by the laws of that jurisdiction.

Eligibility & Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing a service, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years old (or have written parental consent)
You understand that this work is spiritual, educational, and coaching-based — not medical or psychological treatment
You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being during and after sessions
You agree to follow through with any payment plan or contract agreement associated with a product or service

If you do not meet these criteria, you may not use this site or purchase from Purposefully Passionate EQ LLC.

Services Offered

Services may include, but are not limited to:

1:1 Soul Love Coaching
Live retreats
Quantum Journeys Hypnosis
EFT & Subconscious Rewiring
Group Programs (live or pre-recorded)
Self-paced digital courses
Live masterclasses, workshops, or challenges
Email or downloadable content (e.g., eBooks, audio hypnosis)

All services are designed to support you in emotional healing, romantic clarity, and self-worth empowerment. These are not replacements for therapy, and by participating, you acknowledge this distinction.

Payment Terms

All prices are clearly stated on the website or in booking links. Payment is accepted via third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal and must be completed before access to any session, course, or content is granted.

Payment Plans:

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments — even if you decide not to finish the program or attend remaining sessions.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access and/or third-party collection attempts.

Refund Policy

Due to the transformational nature of this work and the energetic preparation that goes into every session or program:

All sales are final
No refunds will be issued for 1:1 coaching, digital courses, group programs, or downloadable content
Please read all product descriptions carefully and feel into your decision before purchasing

Exceptions are only made in the rare case that a program is canceled by Sreshtha or if refund rights are required under local law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

For 1:1 sessions:

You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your session
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may forfeit the session with no refund
“No-shows” are considered cancellations and are not eligible for rescheduling

If you are on a coaching package with multiple sessions, you must use your sessions within the allotted timeframe. Unused sessions may not be carried over unless previously arranged.

Service Delivery & Access

Depending on the service, delivery may be:

Live via Zoom (sessions, masterclasses, ceremonies
Self-paced via email or a course platform
Through downloadable files (audio, video, or PDF)
You are responsible for checking your email (including spam/junk folders) for access details and ensuring you have the tech setup to attend or access what you’ve purchased.

Testimonials & Consent

Any testimonial you voluntarily share — whether written, verbal, or visual — may be used for promotional purposes on social media, the website, or in marketing material. You will never be asked to share a testimonial, but if you do, you grant us:

Unlimited rights to use the content for branding, testimonials, and business purposes
The right to display your first name, city/country, or photo unless you request anonymity

You can request removal of a testimonial at any time by contacting: selfworth@purposefullypassionate.com

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Purposefully Passionate EQ LLC, including but not limited to coaching frameworks, hypnosis scripts, worksheets, digital course materials, video/audio recordings, and visuals — is protected by copyright and remains the sole property of Sreshtha Tewari.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or replicate any content
Share login access to digital materials
Use any of the material for your own coaching practice without permission

Legal action may be taken if intellectual property is misused or shared without consent.

Confidentiality & Ethics

All 1:1 sessions and client communications are kept private and confidential. Your personal details, story, and healing journey will never be shared.

The only exceptions:

If required by law
If there is a risk of harm to self or others
If disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights

We operate from the highest ethical standards and ask that you also respect the privacy of others in group containers or communities.

Technology, Platforms, and Third Parties

This website may use third-party tools or platforms such as:

Calendly (for scheduling)
Stripe or PayPal (for payments)
Zoom (for live sessions)
MailerLite or similar (for email delivery)
Kajabi, Thinkific, or Google Drive (for course access)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and terms of use. When you interact with them, you are also agreeing to their policies. Purposefully Passionate EQ LLC is not responsible for errors, outages, or technical issues related to third-party platforms.

Disclaimers

All services are offered “as-is” and without guarantees of specific results. You understand that:

Results depend on your personal openness, actions, and integration
Sreshtha is not responsible for relationship outcomes, emotional reactions, or future manifestations
Spiritual and energetic work may bring up unexpected emotions, and you are responsible for seeking additional support if needed

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sreshtha Tewari and Purposefully Passionate EQ LLC shall not be liable for:

Any direct or indirect loss of income, emotional distress, relationship outcomes, or mental health responses
Any harm caused by decisions or actions taken based on this work
Any third-party platform malfunctions or data loss

By using this site or participating in services, you release and indemnify Sreshtha from any liability or claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or services constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Any legal disputes will be handled through the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
