This 5 night retreat is will be hosted at Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort, Tobago
The Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort is nestled in the tropical Tobago Plantations Estate, a community of luxury suites and villas around the Plantations 18 hole PGA designed championship Tobago golf course. Situated along two and a half miles of beach and beautiful coastline, the grounds offer nature trails and canopy walks through a virgin mangrove forest at one of the best resorts on the island.
Set on a pristine beach kissed by golden sunrises and soothing waves, this retreat offers a sacred container for transformation. From morning meditations to star-filled nights, every detail has been curated to nurture your heart and soul.

I am a Love Coach and Hypnotherapist specializing in twin flame and soul love attraction.
I am a high-achieving, heart-centered woman, originally from the corporate world, having spent over 20 years of my life reaping success in that environment. What I enjoyed most in that career was bringing out the best in others. I’ve often been told I have a special magic that makes you feel like you can do anything!
I never imagined stepping away from corporate life and was busy trying to climb the corporate ladder. However I was repeatedly experiencing a lot of corporate heartbreak.
Then in 2020, after making the difficult decision to end my marriage, I embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery guided by my intuition.
First, to help a friend who was in an abusive relationship, I created a YouTube series on Mental and Emotional abuse. The series demonstrated that abuse can affect anyone regardless of status, race, or class. In fact, a lot of high-achieving women are in mentally and emotionally abusive situations without knowing it. Following that, I then created another YouTube series titled Women Who Inspire. This series shared stories of women who used their so-called "negative emotions" to create amazing outcomes in their life.
Soon after I met Annie Lalla, a Love Coach born in Trinidad but presently living in Canada. Annie was teaching on all the things I believed but was afraid to say. I studied with Annie for over a year and eventually became an Emotional Intelligence Love Coach.
While studying with Annie, I unexpectedly recognized my Twin Flame. Someone I knew but never thought would want to be with me. As I continued my own self development, this relationship drastically changed. It was through this change I understood that the key to calling in soul love, was in fact, self love. Since then, I have been able to help women just like you, magnetize soul love into their life. In 2024, I furthered my studies and became a hypnotherapist certified by the International Hypnosis Association.
My deepest mission is to help high-achieving, heart-centered women like you reconnect with themselves, heal their hearts, and magnetize the soulful love they desire and deserve, in a space free from shame, blame and make-wrong. As your body is caressed by the gentle breeze and the cool, salty air, we call in light for healing...to soothe, clear, and awaken the soul’s deepest truth.
Sun Water Infusion – Golden Light Awakening
Infusing water with the first rays of the sun is a ritual that captures the purest energy of the day to awaken clarity, vitality, and renewal for the body and soul.
Earth Alignment and Chakra Meditation
Experience sacred breathwork to align with the Earth’s rhythm and honor the elements within and around you.
Forest Bathing
A Japanese practice called Shinrin-Yoku, forest bathing is the art of slowly walking through the forest with full presence, using all your senses to connect with nature. It’s proven to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and boost immunity by breathing in the healing compounds released by trees.
Waterfall Therapy
Inspired by the Japanese ritual of Takigyo, this practice invites you to sit near or under a waterfall to experience emotional release, clarity, and energetic renewal. The sound, power, and presence of the water brings you into deep presence, offering peace, awe, and cleansing.
Salt Water Therapy
Immersing your body in salt water helps relax tired muscles, ease joint pain, improve circulation, and calm the mind. Whether you soak your feet or float in the sea, this practice is deeply nourishing for the body and recharges your energetic field.
