Soul Meets Skin: A Sacred Body Connection Experience 💗
Soul Meets Skin is an intimate, feminine experience created to help you step out of your head, reconnect with your body, and love the body you’re in.
Part 1 - 30 minutes
We’ll begin with Soul Connection - a guided meditation designed to bring you back into your body and deepen your connection with yourself.
Part 11- 60-90 minutes
Then we move into Soul in Motion - a sensual dance experience where you’ll explore movement, expression, confidence and what it feels like to simply enjoy being in your body.
